Luwak coffee is growing in Indonesia on the hills of the Bali highlands. There the Asian Palm Civet is choosing only the best quality of coffee berries .While the civet is processing the beans in his stomach, they are fermented, then defacated with one layer
of skin less that has been dissolved during the process.
Picking Process
Workers carefully collect the excrements, ensuring only the best beans are used. The beans are then thoroughly washed, with their second skin removed to prepare them for roasting. Roasted at a medium temperature, the beans develop their signature flavor and aroma. Finally, they are ground into fine coffee powder, ready to deliver the exceptional taste and smooth richness of Luwak Coffee.
